Upon arrival police observed a vehicle that crashed into a tree. The driver, police say, was found in the driver’s seat of the vehicle that crashed into the tree. Police say the driver showed signs of alcohol impairment. He was arrested and charged with DUI, speeding, driving too fast for conditions, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and having license plate covers, he was then released from custody.
