Board to discuss new village hall, police station Monday
The Buffalo Grove Village Board will host a special Committee of the Whole (workshop) meeting to discuss the potential of property and building at 1100 Lake-Cook Rd. for a new village hall and police station.
The project first saw public light of day at a special meeting on Dec. 9. 2025 on the heels of a limited media announcement earlier that day.
At that time, village officials announced there would be a 30-day “due diligence” period, which over the next eight months was extended.
Complete details about the project can be found on the village’s website at this link. In addition to that information, details about the project as submitted to the Board by Village Manager Dane Bragg for the Dec. 9 meeting can be found here.
No vote on the project will be taken at the Aug. 31 meeting.
