Although they're not saying where, Lulu's Ice Cream Social is opening in Buffalo Grove.
According to Lulu’s website, “Lulu’s owner, Beth Kampner, has called Buffalo Grove home since 2013. after 30+ years in technical project management, she decided to pursue her lifelong dream of owning an ice cream shop.”
