Sussman set to run for re-election


 Buffalo Grove Village President Beverly Sussman has told the Daily Herald that she is running again. She confirmed her intentions in a phone call to reporter Steve Zalusky who covers Buffalo Grove for the Daily Herald. Full details can be found at Sussman to seek re-election. So far, Sussman will be opposed by former trustee Mike Terson who is also running for the Village Board’s top spot. Details about Terson’s bid are at Former trustee Terson running for  BG mayor.

Petitions for filing the April 2 elections are available at  Village Hall. In addition to the Village Board presidency, voters will also elect a Village Clerk and three trustees. Election information is available at Buffalo Grove election information. Filing begins Monday, Dec. 10 and ends at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17.
